Cancellation Policy.

Life happens. Sometimes you need to cancel.

Every possible option will be exercised to accommodate a cancellation or rebooking. At Liv Bella we want everyone to have the very best experience. In order to confirm your booking a credit card is required to hold your appointment. This is NOT used as a deposit, it is used to secure your chosen time. Should you cancel less then 12 hours before or no-show, your card will be charged the full spray tan fee.

  • Cancellations MUST happen no less than 12 hours prior to your appointment via the booking link or via the link in the confirmation email.

  • If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment time, and there is someone with an appointment following yours, you will have forfeited your appointment entirely and charged the amount of the service booked. Please ensure you are on time.

  • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the services booked.

  • Repeat no-shows will be charged the full amount of the service at time of booking.
